Raj Tekchandani, founder and managing principal of Smart Capital, is a full-time real estate investment professional and has been investing in real estate since 2012. With a background in business, tech, and data analytics, he is able to leverage data-driven insights to analyze markets and deals to maximize returns while minimizing risks for his investors. Prior to founding Smart Capital, Raj was a successful product marketing and technology professional. Raj manages over 1200 units as a GP in Apartment syndications primarily in Texas, Georgia, and Florida. He also owns and manages his rental portfolio including small multifamily in Massachusetts and 9 condos in Orlando, FL.
